1. Parties and licence
Rail product supplier: Ahmet Canal, Bahçelievler Mah. 1671 Sok. No:12 D:12, Karşıyaka / İzmir, Türkiye. Email: hello@ahmetcanal.com. KEP: ahmet.canal@hs01.kep.tr. When you purchase through Paddle, the payment transaction is entered into with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms; the Rail software licence and product support are governed by these terms.
A valid entitlement grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Rail on supported Windows devices under your control for personal or your own professional use. Accounts/licences may not be resold, rented or shared among third parties, subject to mandatory law. Separate licences are required for different users in an organisation unless a written business agreement states otherwise.
2. Pro and Lifetime boundary
While an active trial/subscription exists, Rail Pro includes all local Rail features, Cloud Sync, cross-device continuity for the signed-in user and Rail updates released while the subscription is active. Cloud Sync is an ongoing service entitlement and fails closed when Pro ends.
Rail Lifetime is a one-time local Windows licence: it grants perpetual local use of all local Rail features covered by the purchased licence; it does not include Cloud Sync or recurring services. Future separately priced services or product generations are excluded unless expressly included.
When Pro entitlement ends, user data is not automatically deleted. Local data is preserved; Cloud Sync stops and a path to renew or obtain a local licence is provided.
3. Acceptable use
Rail may not be used for unlawful activity, third-party rights infringement, bypassing service security or licence/entitlement controls, or automated abuse that disrupts the service. Reverse-engineering restrictions do not remove interoperability or security-review rights expressly granted by mandatory law.
4. Availability and liability
Rail is local-first; however Cloud Sync, entitlement, update feeds and payment depend on online services and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security events or third-party outages. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, liability for indirect/consequential loss and loss arising from backups the user chose not to maintain is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Termination and consumer rights
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud or security abuse in accordance with applicable law and Paddle processes. Mandatory consumer protections, withdrawal and dispute rights in the buyer's place of residence are not removed by these terms.
