1. Rights
Under Turkish KVKK Art. 11, you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, correct inaccurate data, request deletion/destruction where conditions are met, object to certain automated-analysis outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
2. Request channels

State the request clearly and provide only the minimum information needed for identity verification; do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
Valid KVKK requests are answered within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days.
3. Rail account, local data and Paddle
A request to delete Cloud Sync account/server data is separate from payment/invoice records that must be legally retained. Local Rail data on your device remains under your control. For data Paddle independently processes for payment, tax, fraud and buyer-account purposes, use Paddle privacy/support channels.
